Observation

Personal care products including mouthwash were accessible to children in the bathroom on the counter and in unlocked cabinets. Clorox wipes were also stored in the unlocked bathroom cabinet. Hand sanitizer was observed inside a children's play drawer in the play room. The kitchen sink cabinet latch was not engaged and there was bleach stored underneath. Febreeze spray was stored in the dining room cabinets accessible to children.
